  Set up time, pouring time, and stripping time are all greatly reduced when you implement our technique.

  Using Vertiforms greatly reduces the pressure of concrete pushing on the forms from thousands of pounds per square foot to less than a hundred.

  Our system generally requires a smaller crew and produces more finished product each hour. Your crew are busy all day, and not standing around waiting for work to come to them.

  We use less water in our mix, and the consolidation is error free. The resulting finished wall tests at higher PSI when cored.
• Make a better looking product
  Less water is less shrinkage, therefore shrinkage cracks are rare. The elimination of snap ties and the fact that our walls are finished by trowels on the fly produces a much more aesthetically appealing product. It also gives you the option of hard trowel, broom finish, sponged finish, or exposed aggregate.
• Requires Less Materials
  We only use a 21" tall form to complete a wall of any height. We also eliminate the need for all the bracing to hold back pressure. Your need for storage space and transportation of materials is greatly reduced.
• Creates Less Waste
  Our system is built to last, and creates no waste. We don't even know how long our forms last! The high density material shows almost no wear after dozens of uses.
• Gives you more workspage
  Simply put, if you eliminate the need for bracing, you have a lot more room to work, and a less cluttered job environment.
• Eliminates Cleanup
  First off, the only part of our system that touches the concrete on a one sided pour is our 21" tall slipform, and it's so slick we can hardly get our logo stickers to stay on it! Clean up is a snap: just hose it off and wipe it down.

  With all the above points made, you would think it would cost more to use Vertiforms, but you will actually save money. The increase in productivity and lack of waste will save you between $1.50 and $5.00 per square foot on every pour.
